How do I store my products? How long do they last?

Our fine ice cream and sorbet desserts are easily stored in a household kitchen freezer. Our products arrive frozen and should be stored properly upon receipt. All of our items have a guaranteed 6-month shelf life— plenty of time to indulge!

Are these the only products you have?

No! We have tons of products to choose from! Feel free to contact us for more information!

Can I customize an order?

Yes! Contact us to place a special order.

When should I place my order? When will it be ready?

Almost every order will be ready for delivery within 1-2 business days. We will reach out to you right away if there are any questions regarding your order. You will be contacted when your purchase is being sent out for delivery.

When are you open and when do you deliver?

Our online store is open 24/7! We will give you a call to figure out when is a good time to deliver!

What if I am not

Here at The Long Island Tartufo Company, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with our products or service, give us a call and we will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase!

How are items packaged? 

All of our products arrive packaged in a box, ready to store or to serve! Simply unwrap, plate, and enjoy. *Bowls and plates not included.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept either cash or credit card. Personal or business checks are not accepted.
